As we live far away, we did not expect the hotel to keep it for so long, and we are extremely grateful. Our stay was very comfortable, but it was the staff who added that extra layer of welcome and hospitality. Thank you also to Cion (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly). My wife phoned the hotel ahead of my arrival to arrange collection. Although she couldn’t get through initially, Cion returned the call — something that rarely happens these days. She truly went above and beyond to help, and we are very thankful.”

“Maisie has the time of her life on her visits and stays here. Kim and team are incredibly experienced and do so much to keep her engaged and enriched. She loves the wonderful walks and playtime with the other day trippers and happy camper dogs, such a fantastic opportunity to socialise. Photo and video updates are lovely to receive.
