“Jade is an absolute expert when it comes to curls. I have never had such and amazing experience and would 100% recommend to anyone (curls or not!). The salon has a lovely welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are brilliant at what they do. As someone with curly hair who has been to a lot of salons and often left disappointed, I usually going to new places a slightly anxious experience (I’m sure most curlies can relate!) but I was immediately put at ease, and the appointment was so much more than just a haircut, it was also a masterclass and treatment in one. Fantastic experience and cannot recommend enough! My mum who has fine straight hair also had an amazing experience, so staff are knowledgeable for all hair types.”

“Had an amazing experience at the salon. Emily did great with fixing my hair, though it was a bit darker than expected, it's slowly fading beautifully. Isabelle also did great with my haircut and did exactly how I wanted it to be, very subtle to keep my length whilst also making sure to add life to my ends. The salon was busy, but they always assured that I was fine and offered drinks throughout the time I was there. All of the staff were very nice. I love that they are thorough and really explained all the processes involved. I do suggest maybe waiting for like 5-10 seconds for the water to get to the right temperature, as it suddenly became very hot on the scalp. Lastly, the playlist was amazing! I really enjoyed the music and it didn't feel like I was in there for hours. Thank you so much blush!”

“Had a great experience with the ADVG team! Ordered a bike erg as it was half the price of a Concept 2 and was pleasantly surprised for it to turn up and be almost identical. I am a professional boxer and use this bit of kit every other night since I got it, very sturdy bit of equipment! On delivery of the item the guys had messaged me to see if everything went smoothly and a small bit of plastic had snapped that holds the screen! The team were super helpful and had the replacement sent out next day! Really great service and experience!”

“I've been visiting Hair by Alysha since 2017 (minus a brief period during COVID when I'd moved out of Newport). Good hair salons are hard to come by and this is definitely one of the good ones! I used to have a scalp bleach which is notoriously difficult to get right, but I was always amazed with how my hair got to ice white and was never frazzled or damaged! Following advice from the stylists, I made the switch from scalp bleach to highlights about a year ago. I definitely wouldn't have felt comfortable doing this unless I trusted the salon! The quality of advice and service is unmatched. Izzy does my hair at the moment and is fab, but all the girls are super friendly. Despite it being months between appointments you always feel like a regular. The prices are reasonable for the high quality hair and aftercare. I will hopefully never go to a different salon again!”

Also, the delivery team were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they took their shoes off so they didn't mess up my brand new carpet, that shows respect that isn't always seen these days.
