“I visit this store often, but on this particular occasion I was blown away by the service from a guy called Paul (I think). I was stood looking for a drink and after a bit of light hearted banter, he asked me what I was looking for. As what I wanted wasn't on the shelf, he radio'd through to one of his colleagues and within a minute, they had been into the store room and had fetched what I wanted. Its the little things that count.”

“This was a beautiful hotel, the lobby was stunning & it looked out to the sea. There is a peer to the sea front close by, it's a lovely walk down there. The staff are friendly & the rooms are clean as well as modern. The pools have plenty of spare sunbeds, I also like the fact nobody put their towels out the night before or very early. There is enough to keep the kids busy & the indoor gym/pool is a bonus The food was nice but could have done with a little more variety.”

“Had an issue one evening where a friend of mine had broken down in his wheelchair in the store. The staff on John and Charlotte were really accommodating and friendly. We ended up being in the store for nearly 3 hours. As our friend was elderly they made him hot drinks and ensured help was sorted for him. Provided great customer service and was really helpful - thank you”
