“Went here with the family a few months ago after a nearby Lego event. Food was great, and the staff brilliant. Lovely lady who chatted to us, gave us some books for the kids, and made the kids feel at home with ride-on cars and a kitchen set they could play with outside. Then got an unexpected tour of the airfield so the kids (and us!) could see the planes up close.”

“We've joked about finding the 'Hidden Hut' cafe a few times but have eventually found it and dined at it on our recent club ride. It's a hidden gem out in the Grandborough countryside in Warwickshire. It's located amongst stables and looks like the smallest cafe you've ever seen, inside what looked like a travelers caravan. Nonetheless they provided an excellent service and I was surprised that all our food and drink came out of that small unit. There's plenty of outside seating alongside the fields where plenty of young horse riders were going through their paces. Clearly there's no seating indoors and I expect you wouldn't want to be sat outside on a less than sunny day. On this occasion it was a sunny day and our mid ride cafe stop at this hidden gem was perfect.”

“Had dinner here 15 October with our family, 6 of us. We ate early so there was not many customers hence the 4 an not 5 stars for atmosphere. Food was very good we all had something different and all of us enjoyed it. Service was excellent. Sophia who looked after us was brilliant a big shout out for her. “A little gem in Nuneaton. We were looking for a quick drink and bite before heading home. Found The Cafe Lounge and was delighted to have friendly staff, reasonably priced food and quick service. Food was lovely. We will return next time in Nuneaton. Highly recommend.”

Kristina the waitress in Cafe Brasilia is always willing to offer her assistance. Also, she has an excellent rapport with the many clients served in Caffe Brasilia including families and other guests. Kristina the waitress as far as I experienced is a creative and loyal employee, communicative, independent at work, honest, tolerant, hardworking, diligent, disciplined, kind and warm person to all guests and clients of Caffe Brasilia. “My husband and I use Costa at Coleshill because its local but we've also now built up good rapport with the staff in there Alexi, Lillie, Molly, Abbie and Jake and the other girls. We enjoy the atmosphere and banter. I feel comfortable to go in there on my own because they make me feel welcome. We've been to other Costa's but Coleshill is our favourite. If the staff left we'd probably go elsewhere.”

“We were very hungry visitors to the town. Never visited before, and was on the look out for a full English, we were actually heading to find somewhere else but this caught my eye. Never heard of it before but have since learnt that they have many around the country. Welcome and service was exceptional. We had a person with an allergy with us and the staff were very thorough and made us all feel at ease. Allergy menu available on line and easy to see. Food arrived and it didn't disappoint at all. Great portion with a bit of everything on it and it was amazing. Thank you to Liliana for being an enthusiastic, helpful, chatty ray of sunshine and making it all the more special. Hopefully be back again soon.”

“This was the best Indian I had in my life the staff were extremely helpful and polite and didn’t mind when I asked for different variations of my meals as my daughter is quite picky. The food was amazing and came quick, even the toilets were nice and clean unlike many places I have been too. I would come again definitely my go to now. “Got to be one of the best breakfasts in Coventry. Nice to see when so many places are closing that a new business has started up and is making a real go of it. And successfully by the looks of it with the busy stream of happy regulars. Seems to be popular with builders but this place is nothing like a traditional greasy spoon, as the place is clean, bright and modern. Highly recommended.”

“Thank you Starbucks Eastern Bypass Coventry for your AMAZING service today. I had to pull over because my car bonnet was loose and wouldn't shut properly... your store came up just in time!! I rang the RAC who said they'd come out but it would be 2 hours minimum. I popped in to get a coffee, explain the situation and ask if it was OK to park here that long and wait for the RAC and the lovely staff member sympathised and as I went to get my card out, she said, this is on us today! WOW! I protested but she wouldn't have it, so here I am sat waiting in the warm, latte in hand, phone plugged in to the free electric and WiFi! Once I get going I have another 250 miles to cover so to say this is a very welcome relief and unexpected BONUS, is an understatement!!”

“Viewed the menu, lots of choice, called and placed order. It was Friday evening and never expected there to be so many people waiting. Bit of a chat with locals then called. Beef chow main, chicken, rice and sweet and sour dish. We had a chat with my partner and both enjoyed the meal. There good helpings, no bad taste and empty plate. My first time there and would surely return again. Been again, crispy duck with plum sauce, beef with fresh ginger, onion, crispy duck chow mein.”
