“Stunning. The staff is absolutely incredible, friendly and gives you a very warm welcome. A very nice comfy clean room which has everything that you need. The bathroom is actually, and hard to believe in the UK, very clean and mold free which is really appreciated. The location is just a few minutes from the station, city center and the Castle. Can't be happier. Very quiet rooms and location”
“Professional service, good quality food, clean store and friendly staff”
“Friendly, welcoming. Great Malaysian dining. Home from home with tv and bar/lounge area.”
“A very lovely place to have your chai and food. Very clean and appealing interior. The kunafeh cake is heavenly delicious!”
“Couldn't fault it for the price we paid. Newly refurbished room. Old building with a list of famous restaurants ie. Norman Wisdom and Douglas Fairbanks. Grand Central staircase with large stain glass window.”
“Great place for an impromptu night stop when getting tired driving. Very reasonable price. Clean, tidy ,comfortable; so good value for money.”
“Nice little cafe for a break when working at the hospital or for patients / visitors”
“I had a very warm welcome from Leticia at Cafe Aroma, Westwood Campus, Warwick University on Friday 22nd April 2022 and enjoyed my lunch break. Sadly Beth wasn't there on that day but I thank Beth very much for the two bags of Aroma goodies that Leticia handed to me. I also thank Leticia for taking several photos of me inside Cafe Aroma. I also met Aggie and Simon Thomas who I thank, they kindly gave me a very interesting guided tour of the two Caffe Nero's at Warwick University. Simon also took a photo of me outside Cafe Aroma and another inside Caffe Nero, Sports Hub. He also kindly drove me back to Coventry to enable me to continue my Alan's Nero Tour weekend of the West Midlands.”
“Salami and cheese Italian flat bread is decent. And with a bag of crisps and a coffee, with oat milk for £5, it’s good value. Nick is great, helpful and friendly. Thanks Nick, you made my morning”
“i really love this takeaway !Every time I order takeaway, I’m always satisfied. Their Sweet and Sour chicken contonese style and vegetarian dishes are especially authentic. One bite and you can really taste the true flavors of Chinese food. The delivery speed is also very fast, usually arriving on time. The food is packaged well and arrives hot with no spillage. I really like the service here, the delivery driver is always friendly. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and I’ll definitely order again next time!”
“Tried the new self service machine to order the vegan breakfast. The machine was easy to use and offered a choice of cash or card payments and allowed me to earn points on my clubcard. Ordered to eat in and the service was polite, tidy and quick. The vegan breakfast has very herby vegan sausages which was full of flavour. I enjoyed my time at this café”
“A great stop off to grab a coffee and a bite to eat, it was very quiet as they’d just opened up but the service was good, food was lovely.”
“Quick service great coffee, very clean, helpful staff.”

“First time ordering and the food was incredible. The munch box was the best I have a had ever and the curry sauce was divine. The chips were 10 out of 10. And the lady that served me as very sweat”
“Called in for brunch on a bank holiday. The staff were very friendly and efficient, We had our dog with us and they gave her a treat. A fantastic pot of real loose leaf tea, which tasted delicious, along with a full English breakfast.”
“Although the advertised drinks list is smaller than some places, they pretty much make whatever you ask for. Coffees are well made and the atmosphere is relaxed, recommended place.”
“I really enjoyed my experience at paradise pizza. The service was of high standard. The food was very good. If you are looking for a place where you don’t want to spend a lot of money but still want high quality food I recommend this place.”
“Does Village is definitely underrated restaurant. The food is absolutely delish, authentic and fresh. It's very affordable - you can eat a lot for a small money compared to other Indian restaurants. Good location. I highly recommend this place.”
“Lovely country feel restaurant in beautiful settings. Great afternoon tea. Very nice staff.”
“Staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite. Always pleasant.”
“I call into Frankie & Bennys Birmingham Airport a couple of times a year and always find the staff friendly. The food is always nice and served quickly”
“Lovely hotel to stay in. Rooms were tastefully furnished. There is free parking in nearby streets. Hosts are very welcoming and sort any problems out. It would be handy to have an outdoor light (didn't see one) for going out in the dark as there are some deep steps. Also the bathroom could do with updating so it looks as good as the bedrooms. Either way I'd happily stay here again anytime I'm in Coventry :)”
“Service is sometimes easier using the order points. Food known to the Burger King brand. Tasty”
“I absolutely loved my stay in Britannia Coventry. It is a totally old-fashioned hotel with four or five Otis brushed stainless-steel elevators, the rooms are really nice (not luxurious but nice and comfortable and mine was big). The price for each additional day was not much more than 30 pounds, and I chose to have the breakfast which can last up to 3 hours, they have everything, cranberry juice, orange juice, coffee, tea, one of those big old toast machines, and huge trays of unlimited and really big nice sausages, whole stewed tomatoes, nice scrambled eggs, omlettes, fried eggs. I attach some pictures but to understand those are HUGE trays Ah, about the neigbhourhood, it is a 24 hour student neighbourhood, really coming up from how it used to be. But it is international and there are guards watching the door. At night you can go in and out any time, even after 11:00, but to come in you do need to push the buzzer so the receptionist (who is always there) can see you and let you in. Maybe a single older woman might find that a little too intense neighbouhood-wise but for a couple even older I would say it is fine, and for any young person it is fine.”
