“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out the absolute best barista on Earth, Alex at the Rootes Building Pret à Manger. If Pret gave out awards for kindness, charisma, and above-and-beyond customer service, Alex would win hands down. Every time I walk in, he greets me like an old friend, always with the warmest smile, and turns even the busiest day into a little moment of calm and joy. It's not just great coffee, it’s an experience, and it’s because of people like him. And the rest of the team, every single barista there is just as kind and welcoming. If you’re on campus, do yourself a favour and stop by this Pret.”

“I popped in for a routine blood test. I booked online yesterday for an 11.20 slot today. I arrived, checked in, did my blood and was out again by 11.30 so no complaints from me on that score! The downside is the parking at the hospital, very hit and miss in terms of availability and it's not cheap if you're going to be there for a while. There's a pretty reliable bus service 2 minutes walk from the hospital so that's an option. Inside is generally busy but there are a couple of shops, M&S for example, serving drinks and snacks as well as a cafe/restaurant. Definitely book online if you possibly can!!”

“A couple of weeks ago I went to War Memorial Park with a group . We had to buy 18 different hot drinks in one go. The staff had been amazing about it. Managed the queue and kept smiling and chatting despite the wait. Well done all on the day. Very professional, positive, helpful. “Helen was amazing. We had broken down, she advised on the parking issue and helped us avoid a clamp. She was so kind and helpful, really cheered us up when we were feeling stressed and served coffee and great customer service with warmth and understanding.”

“Great to stop and have a coffee before/after shopping. There are also customer toilets for once you've drunk a large coffee. The cups are big and designed to be held by both hands. But really heavy.”

“Based at Corley services, m6 southbound before junction 3. Friendly polite staff, and my order was correct. Nice clean toilet. Inside and out seating, even a dog water bowl outside, very thoughtful. I recommend almond milk in coffee as the coconut starbucks uses splits.”

“Dilpreet was a fabolouse, kind and super friendly guy the service was spectacular, very very good indian food, probably the best one in this area. We enjoyed this time here with my wife and friends, we come from Spain and we don’t have restaurants like this ond in our city, sure we’ll repeat”

“We went for breakfast as a group of friends. Everything was the usual quality you'd expect from the premier Inn brand. The venue was nice and clean and the cooked food was out very quickly from the kitchen.. staff were happy to help and accommodating. I didn't take any photos on this occasion but the decor is very pleasant and and it's a comfortable place to eat.”

“Fantastic value for money. £37 a night during the Summer holidays is brilliant, especially when it includes free parking and free WiFi. Very close to Birmingham Airport, National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Railway Station too. Room was quite impressive with an excellent bathroom and shower area and it had recent carpets and had just been painted as well.”

“Fantastic value for money, staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. The hotel was so clean and had air conditioning throughout. Room was spacious and had everything you could need. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty to choose from. The staff did an amazing job keeping it ticking over during busy times. “Weirdly speaking, I have visited plenty of times but never really paid attention to details. This has to be the first mcdonald venue that standa out to over 3 stars rating. 5 stars is honestly justified and well done to the staff. We had breakfast, it was not overly crowded, food and service was quick and the mc muffin sausage and egg were the best we had across all venues, fresh and tasted amazing. Extremely pleased with this location.”
