Our driver was waiting at the pick-up and return times and was properly careful with helping get the wheelchair and passenger into the vehicle and securing it. I have used other taxi services in Rugby who have lied about their availability when booking then when I would call to ask where the taxi I'd booked was they would repeatedly tell me 5 minutes away every five minutes making me late for work. On the rare occasion dial a cab doesn't have availability they simply say that. I have not strayed from this service since I found it.”
