They answered straight away and were very responsive fitting us in around our schedules as well as taking into account the severity of of the issue. Within 48 hours we had all the parts and the issues was completely resolved. Also discussed other home improvements and they were open and honest about about work that would be involved. Adopted a Mexican Black Kingsnake from them and honestly they were so thorough in making sure she was going to the right home, that the setup was correct and that we understood their needs. Even provided us with feeding charts, sheets of very helpful information and more. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The shop itself was very clean, well organised and all the animals looked to be very well cared for.
