I have been going to Pelo for around 18 years now so that tells you a lot, the Pelo ladies have shared in many of the ups and downs of my life! “Today I finally used a gift card at The Spa and I am so annoyed that I haven’t been here sooner! Being a person who doesn’t go to spas, salons & hairdressers etc I always feel abit out of place when I do go but I didn’t feel that once during my visit at The Spa. My therapist, Jenna made the whole experience 5 stars. I booked the Spa Starter which includes a Back Massage, Facial & either a Manicure or Pedicure. Before starting the back massage, Jenna asked about any problem areas and pressure and then checked in again once she started which was ideal. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had and I went into having my manicure SO relaxed. It was really lovely to have the same therapist do all my treatments as I felt really well looked after and didn’t feel rushed or passed from pillar to post. Jenna was so friendly and is a great asset to the team. I’d highly recommend and I can’t wait to book in again.”

Hannah is a fantastic stylist … she always listens to my frustrations and understands what I am trying to achieve. She really ‘gets to grips’ with my hair and consequently even when it grows, it totally keeps its shape - something that’s important to me as I work at a senior level in a corporate role. I cannot recommend her highly enough. (Also love the touches in the salon - an amazing choice of hot and cold drinks regularly supplied and the wonderfully stylish Kathy on reception for whom nothing is too much trouble).”

“I've been going to kickers for over 20 years, I like the fact that they really listen to what you want and interpret what you're asking for well, I haven't had a bad haircut with them. I don't live in rugby anymore but still come into the town for my haircut because I've had bed cuts elsewhere. I also like the service, you feel pampered and the staff are really friendly too. It's more expensive than some hairdressers but I think it's definitely worth it.”
