βMet friends for afternoon tea today. Never been here before. Was very impressed. Sat in a booth. Tea, prosecco, sandwiches, somosa and cakes all served. Good quality. Really enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked for another afternoon tea.β
βMan l! food was so good its made me speechless. Will add more details after i have finished. I am still eating . Now that i have finished, the highlight was the friendly and hospitable staff. The beef was out of this world. so tender... but make sure you ask for medium or medium rare as some people like well done. Great experience. great, reasonable price. Highly recommend this place.β
βChose a dish off the specials board today - Burmese fried chicken with chilli, honey and soy sauce, rice and pickled cabbage. It was absolutely gorgeous. We eat at The Festival several times a month and have enjoyed every meal we've had here. Tasty food, excellent value for money and friendly staff.β
βI live locally so a great place to pop over to.. It's an old quaint traditional hotel pub restaurant..it's a Chef and Brewer and always has a great menu with offers..food is freshly made..good portions and lovely friendly staff..in the Summer you can sit outside by the river. Highly recommendβ
βThe staff are attentive to your needs the food was excellent we had the Palace breakfast if you take an item off your plate you can replace it with another one thus place is one of the best breakfasts I have had in Nuneaton for a whileβ
βMe and my family have already visited this restaurant many times and always had the great experience. 100% recommend not only because of delicious food and good price but also because of attentive service of lovely Helen, Amanda and Kellie. Definately will come back.β
βWent for Motherβs Day and had a nice lunch. Shame the price inflates so much just because of this day, same food different day. Pie was good, pork belly not crispy and a bit of a let down. Desserts were good, chocolate & salted caramel tart was nice. Service was slow, had to ask for drinks and the bill multiple times. Not really an excuse being Motherβs Day, itβs expected to be busy. Would try again though.β
βWow just wow We loved it. So glad they moved up town. We arrived for a Sunday evening dinner out. Greeted with a smile from the amazing staff that will go above n beyond to make yr stay perfect. They have decorated the place so well, such a lovely atmosphere. And then the food. I wanted to try something different to start with and went for the duck. The name of it is on the bill. Omg the presentation and the taste WOW. Absolutely loved it. I will be asking for that as a main next time for sure. The wife had the chicken starter which she said straight away, we are coming back for more lol. The rest of the meal was just as good. Excellent presentation, taste is top notch. We highly recommend The Ark And we will be back to try the steaks next time too.β
βHappened across this place by accident. What a find! The food is amazing! I've been trying to think of the last time I had anything as good and I can't. Very good service, and well presented staff. An absolute gem of a restaurant.β
βHad a meal here with friends a couple of weeks ago. We had a warm welcome and a very friendly and helpful hostess. Food was lovely and good value. I would recommend the pie. Will return again.β
βWent to Maharajah Tandoori for lunch and had such a great experience! We ordered the Chhole Bhature, Aloo Tikki, a few street food snacks, and a Sweet Lassiβeverything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully made. It honestly reminded me of proper Indian street food, but in a clean, elegant setting. The staff were really friendly and made sure everything was just right, without rushing us even though it was lunchtime. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. This is hands down the best Indian fine dining spot in Rugbyβcanβt wait to go back!β
βBrilliant food, brilliant staff and brilliant atmosphere. We will be going here again.β

βVery good rustic hotel. It looks more like a house with a lot of bedrooms for guests. The staf is very kind and I loved the simple breakfast served in the morning. I enjoyed staying in here.β

βI have been a regular customer for China Garden for over 6 years now. The food never fails and is perfect every single time. My go to order, is a chicken chow mein and bbq ribs and it tastes amazing every time. The food is consistent and the variety is great. I have tried other places and they canβt compete and donβt compare with this takeaway. The service is always 10/10 and they are very warm and welcoming. I can tell they take great pride and have great passion about what they do. I will always recommend China Garden to family and friends.β
βTook a small sample of the menu home for the other half to try to see if he liked it so we can go back on his birthday for a full sit in menu. All very enjoyable food, the staff couldnt be nicer, the chicken fell off the bone and was flavourful and delicious, rice was fresh and fiery. Thank you for making a dark and dreary evening a bit brighter, much obliged, we will be back soon.β
βFantastic customer services and great quality food, with good prices.β
βLovely Thai lunch in really cool restaurant, with super friendly staff. We visited for the first time today and really enjoyed the fresh cooked Thai food. Sunday carvery was being served in the room next door, and that also looked super appealingβ
βThe Queen's Head is a lovely traditional English public house. It is a good place to go to for eats and drinks if you have visited Meriden, the 'Heart of England', or if you have been to nearby Millisons Wood for a walk. There is a good choice of beers, wines and spirits and the food is well prepared and presented. Your seating can be either inside the pub, outside at the front, or at the back of the pub where there is a lovely lawn area adjacent to lovely countryside. Go on folks, give The Queen's Head a try, you will not be disappointed.β
βAmazing service and food. We had paneer kadai, chicken lababdaar, garlic naan and tandoori roti and of course mango lassi is an all time favourite. Food is authentic and I have not had better naan anywhere in UK. Harindar was superb in serving us and also got a special lassi glass for our daughter.β
βWe were staying nearby and had been advised that Rice and Spice was worth a visit. We tried it and were not disappointed. We had a set meal for two. We didn't have to wait long, and the food was very hot and delicious. The set menu offered a good balance of dishes and there was plenty of food for two. I will go again when I am next in the area.β
βThe chef is a genius, the food was perfection. The waiting staff are absolutely lovely, we were served by RaphaΓ«l and another gent (Iβm sorry we didnβt get your name), both provided excellent service. The 6 course tasting menu we did was also amazing value for what we were given. The fish stew was my absolute favourite course, but the harissa carrot soup and chocolate mousse were close runners up. Thanks so much guys, you should all be proud of yourselves.β
βLive the cozy atmosphere! Lovely spot for dinner or a comfortable place for a drink. There are many seating options and everything was lovely. Staff was very nice.β
βFabulous pub with fabulous staff and fabulous food. Met by a lovely, friendly member of bar staff. Had the homemade beef burger with fries and slaw. Delicious burger and definitely homemade. Didnβt wait long for it to be served, and it was piping hot. I can definitely recommend stopping off here if in the area.β
βI booked the private room for a family get together of 24 people. The team communicated really well in advance which was really reassuring. They were very attentive on the day. The person assigned to our service was really attentive and worked tirelessly and was very patient. The food was great. Thank you!β
βBirthday Lunch at the private dining room. The service was very good. They made sure we always have drinks and that we are happy with our dishes. The food was delicious we all had Sunday roasts. The planning was also very smooth , they were responsive and communicated well.β
