“Amazing place, really friendly staff. A member of our party hand wrote down everything that was gluten free- something you wouldn't get elsewhere. Food is wonderful and cooked really well. Brilliant selection. The only problem is the parking is a bit of a walk away, but blue badge holders can park in the street opposite. All in all a successful visit!”

“Fantastic experience, we went 3 days ago and were served by the brilliant Ryan. He was so very patient with our 3 small children and measured and expertly fitted each of them for a multitude of different shoes. We couldn't be happier and loved how despite one of our children wanting a certain style, he took the time to explain to him why they wouldn't be suitable as the fit just wasn't right and might end up hurting his feet. You just can't beat the Clarks experience for things like this and we'll be returning again soon no doubt!”

“First visit in 2023 to this Caffe Nero near the Warwick Market Place. But aware of it from the 2009 and 2015 visits to the town in the past. Seating on the ground or first floors. Has The Cloud WiFi like other Nero's. View out to the Market Place. Opposite the Market Hall Museum.”

“I came to review the toilets. I was very impressed with the facilities provided for baby changing, breastfeeding mums and disabled access. There is a separate room for baby changing, a room with a comfy chair for feeding and a separate fully kitted out disabled toilet and changing unit which even had a hoist, bed and screen. The toilets were also clean and tidy. Having been to various other retails parks recently this is the only one I've found decent toilet facilities. Thank you for thinking of people with accessibility issues!”

“I've only previously used them for slippers but 3 months ago, found some really nice shoes which I liked so much I bought a second pair. Sadly and no fault of Shoezone, they both went faulty. Impressive reaction from the manager who arranged immediate replacements, no quibble. Really nice people and they seem to be stocking a more interesting range. Definitely worth a look.”

Arrived an hour early for my appointment (we had travelled a long way) but they were very welcoming and the dress that I had chosen online was already waiting for me in the dressing room. (huge range of dresses to choose from in store too). Staff were so attentive even though they were in a very busy period with Prom season. Recommended a super cafe close by whilst they added an extra hook and eye and steamed my dress. Woulld highly recommend Jackie and her team. Thank you for wonderful customer service.”

“Sometimes I just come here for the experience as it's super fun with the various interactive products you can use! There's a whole heap of eco friendly items including refills of shampoo and body wash, nuts and seeds! There's a bunch of vegan stuff even though it's a small place. The jam donuts are still the best accidentally vegan items the co-op has in my humble opinion. Really clean and tidy store, 10/10!”

“Went here at around 2:00pm on Sunday, it was busy as expected but me and my date enjoyed it we ordered two panini’s (chicken & tomato pesto, with hot chocolate & a cappuccino) it was great. There was a wait but the customer service was good was served by a redheaded girl & she was friendly.”
