Had a consultation prior to my appointment, where I got to meet my hairdresser Craig, do a patch test, discuss style/colour I wanted and have a look around the salon. On appointment day, the staff were so friendly and welcoming! I was offered plenty of refreshments, Craig was sociable and super easy to talk to! My hair came out looking amazing, feeling amazing and honestly was a real confidence booster. All staff were knowledgeable, professional and work to a high quality standard! 10/10 would recommend!!”

“Incredible barbershop/ hair stylist in Coventry city centre. They exude an environment that is highly professional, friendly and good at their job! I have personally been booking appointments with Adam who is exceptionally talented at his job through his hard work and meticulous attention to detail. All the barbers take your wishes for what you want for your haircut always into consideration and collaborate with you to get the best out of the haircut. They have a lovely interior with loads of seating and provide drinks available to purchase as well. It is reasonably priced especially considering the level of expertise. It is around £25 for an appointment with a senior barber and £20 for a interim or younger barber. Overall, an incredible experience all the time!”

“Going to the hairdresser usually makes me more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. The first time I came here was a happy accident. The shop was so pretty, I figured, "Why not?" and waltzed in for a haircut. I finally found the perfect stylist! My hair always looks fabulous, even though I never know what I want, she always find what I could have in mind. My boyfriend, who'd rather face a dentist with a rusty drill than get a haircut, is thrilled too! And my 3-year-old’s first haircut? He came out looking like a toddler superstar! We finally found our family hairdresser. We’ve finally found our family hair wizard! I would definitely recommend to go there!”

“My wife and I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at Grimscote Manor Hotel whilst attending a wedding at nearby Blyth Hall in Coleshill. Upon entering the property, I immediately recognised the unique buildings constructed within the grounds - as featured on George Clarke's Channel 4 TV programme! The hotel itself isn't quite as 'unique' but it does have a lovely charm and feel to it - owner Steven's personality is definitely present and in a positive way. We enjoyed a Superior Double room with breakfast and it offered superb value for money at £150 (especially when the government take the VAT from the price). Our accommodation was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Given the generous floor area, a larger bed would be welcomed by some guest - but it was just right for ourselves. Even with a fabulous building, convenient location and everything you could need, it's the staff who take care of you who really make a place worth staying at. Georgie on reception was brilliant - professional, helpful and friendly. The team at breakfast did a great job, being welcoming and running a slick, efficient operation. If you are looking for accommodation whilst attending an event at the nearby Belfry golf club, enjoying the second city of Birmingham or just want to treat yourselves to a break, Grimscote Manor Hotel is highly recommended. “This is one of the best hair salons I have been too. Not just because they have very talented stylists (if you have curly hair ask for Ellie)and great products. But also their customer service is superb. Friendly professional and so helpful. Have two little kids and sometimes I need to take my 6 months old or my 4 year old. All the ladies are so helpful and offer to look after them when I have to get my hair washed. I just feel so looked after here and comfortable! Thank you!”

“Tobacconists are few and far between these days, but thankfully this one is still going. The humidor is small but they have a reasonable selection, all things considered. There are cigars to suit all budgets, and they tend to have some pretty good special offers on too. The staff are friendly and more than happy to give advice if needed and they also have a good range of accessories in store.”
