“I often visit your Park Farm branch because it is well stocked, good layout and pleasant place to shop. I feel very sorry for the sales people working on the shop floor having to put up with all the abuse they receive from aggressive and rude customers. I know from experience that that shop work is stressful enough in 'normal times' but at the moment it can be awful.
