“I only went to this specific guy because the reviews, I had multiple things wrong and some upgraded I wanted on my e-bike, he is a bike shop btw and he says he doesn’t replace or modify actual electric motor parts or, obviously he could still fix your lights and stuff, anyway my whole gear system was gone, all broken from a fall, and I wanted better brakes as it’s like a moped and has too much weight for just mechanical disc brakes, I needed higher graded fluid ones, I also had a bolt missing from the back that wasn’t just a standard fit, the spirals and stuff it’s almost like a key, he had to specifically order that part from the company, my front light had an issue where it kept coming off even if I hit a pot hole he fixed that, and by pedal lever was all damaged which I honestly thought the whole sprocket would have to be replaced giving how specific a part it is, he actually didn’t even charge me for that repair even though it was like one of the actual needed repairs, with looking at items online and stuff I thought this would come to a far higher price when you include the labour costs but it was far better than I expected, I had to make sure he definitely had done all the things I wanted and sure enough he did, when everything else is costing a fortune these days it’s good to hear a number your delighted with, like anything, plumbers, electricians or lawyers when you get a good engineer keep them as your main one hopefully when it’s me or my kids or family have any issues, this is my guy, and when you find them it’s like you won’t let anyone else even attempt to repair something unless it’s your guy, but yeah, thanks for the previous reviews also this is what led me there”
