“I recently bought my first higher-end bike, and the help I received from the team here was phenomenal. They helped me try multiple sizes, gave some excellent advise on maintenance and even helped in measuring up an existing bike of mine to match the fit. I had an issue with a loose rear wheel a few months into ownership. I took it into the store and again the team were superb, and carried out the complementary 6-week service since I had forgotten to redeem it (it had been a few months by this stage), and stripped and rebuilt the rear hub. The bike now rides like a dream. 10/10, I'll be sure to come back next time I need some work done. Particular shout out to James and Sam who provided the help!”

“Professional, accommodating, thoughtful and efficient. Best garage I’ve ever been to: my car had some strange noises five days before an important long journey. While another famous garage said that it might be a serious gearbox issue and asked me to contact the dealership - whose earliest slot would be in two weeks. Kevin and his team managed to check my car in a very short notice and located the problem - fully fixed immediately and also made sure the car was ready for a heavy load and long distance trip. “Tyre going flat despite being topped up. Went in on a Saturday morning on the off chance of getting it fixed. I was informed that the Mots booked in for that day would make it unlikely that my tyre could be fitted in, and was asked to come back on Monday. Monday morning, tyre unresponsive to any attempts to introduce air. Fitted spare. Went in to DSC on way to work and was shown the reason for no inflation. Ask for a replacement tyre to be fitted and expected to pay the normal price for mid price example. I was called in the afternoon by Jackie to say my tyre was ready. Arrived to find my new tyre balanced etc asked for it to be fitted which was passed on to one of the guys to do. Asked the price……had to sit down for this….not even £100 ……yes, balanced , fitted and a cracker of a tyre….all for under £100. I can see why these people have 5 star reviews…. A gem of a place with excellent staff. 5 stars all round.”

“After getting estimates from four other plasterers, I chose PRS because I could tell straightaway that they were more than capable of carrying out a thorough and professional job. I was not disappointed. They completed all the work to a high standard within a reasonable length of time. Caroline and Paul were friendly and helpful, as were all the other guys, including Alex who after most of the work was done went beyond the call of duty and came back to see to a small detail. “Had an issue with heater motor that was not working on my Hyundai i30 and being a driving instructor I needed my car back on the road. Was given Phil’s details and drove round to discuss my problem. This was around 10am Tuesday. I was given a diagnosis by 11am and by 1.30pm the new heater blower motor was fitted and I was back out on the road teaching. Amazing turnaround and also thanks to Automania who supplied the parts in time. So Heater motor stops working Monday night and by 1.30pm on Tuesday I have a new one fitted and out working again.
