My usual port of call garages in West Fife said they couldn't even look at it for a few days, never mind repair it, so I gave HQ a call. Got Kevin in the phone, very helpful, explained my car sounded like a tractor and family weren't happy ! Told me to drop the car off and he'd try and squeeze me in, which he did. Got the car back the same day, new exhaust, so i won't be wakening the neighbours tomorrow morning...pity !! Really impressed with their customer service and professionalism.”
