“Yesterday, I had the opportunity to undergo surgery at the Royal Infirmary Hospital in Edinburgh. The service, medical staff, and doctors in the Day Surgery Unit were absolutely top-notch. After the surgery, I stayed in the post-operative ward, where the staff were also incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. I'd like to say a big thank you to Tracy, who was incredibly kind and funny. Overall, the patient care was top-notch. My warmest regards to all of you, and thank you for turning a stressful day into an unforgettable, wonderful experience. It's a pity that I can only give you 5 stars because you deserve much more.”

“I arrived for my appointment 1/2 hour early to get a puncture repaired and decided to wait. The technician's were extremely busy. A team member found that it was not feasible to repair. I asked if a new tyre could be fitted? A short time later I had my car back, with a new tyre. Grateful thanks to Davy Duff and the team for their efficient and speedy service.”
