They have a reasonable hourly rate and competitive mot charge .. but it's the efficiency, tenacity and the conscientious attitude they have that makes them one of the top garage services in a wide area in my opinion. I've always thought them to be honest and very straight forward in their assessment of repairs and have never thought I'd been charged or pushed into any unnecessary work being done.”

“Travelled nearly 50 miles to East Coast Garage today to have them look at a really annoying issue with the idrive system doing a constant reboot every 20 seconds, no Bluetooth, no Radio, no Sat-Nav for over 2 months. Called and spoke to Steve initially who was "98%" confident he could solve with a simple software download. Upon arrival team were friendly and professional and told me exactly what to expect regarding time frames etc. Issue resolved for near enough same price BMW charged for just looking at it. Definitely a place to trust with all things BMW.”

“Once Khan brought my car to VAS Motors, I made it home and was informed not long after the cost of repairs and exactly what was being replaced. Unfortunately when we arrived to collect, we were told that there was more damage to additional components under the car. We were given a very accurate quote on the spot and left the car overnight to pick up on Saturday. When I went to pick up on Saturday, they went through everything and made sure I was happy with the repair and service before asking for payment. I will definitely be using these guys again for all future MOT and repairs. 12/10 for going above and beyond!”

“After a Deliveroo rider hit one side of my brand new car and then vandalised the other, I took my car to Annandale where it was looked over by Walter. He was fantastic, gave a very fair assessment so booked it in immediately. I got the car back and you would never have known it had been painted, the colour match and quality of work was flawless on what is a difficult Pearlescent colour to match. I was so impressed with the work that I took my mums Mercedes in the following week for paint to the bonnet and bumpers to be done. Scott did an amazing job on that too, and he buffed up the rest of the car, as well as the headlights, so it now looks like new. 2 visits and 2 outstanding experiences. I can’t recommend this place enough and they will be getting more work from me in the future! Thanks guys! 10/10!”

“Phenomenal service from Springfield Motors, these guys should have capes 'cos they're super hero's. The background. I am visiting family in the area and whilst at Asda all the oil came out of my engine. I found them on Google maps and they could not have be more helpful. They came to our rescue within a few minutes and towed our car to the garage. They also offerd to run us to nearby retail park we wanted to get to. The problem was quickly established and repaired at a very reasonable cost. I was even picked up and taken to the garage as I was not sure of the location. This was all done in just over two hours, i would understand that this could not be accomplished every time but thats impressive. Top marks, I could not recommend them more, the Loanhead area is lucky to have them.”
