“Nicola has done an amazing job with my hair and she is so uplifting, comforting and kind. My hair has been looking a state with dryness and snapping off etc. I held great shame of my hair for how it was but Nicola was only emotionally uplifting and possitive about my hair, she only spoke possitive words about my hair, no critism, nothing negative at all, and that also really touched me. Reception made lovely comments , only, too. That means a lot. Nicola has given me the best hair cut, that I have had in years - I love it! and my hair feels good again! I could have also fallen asleep too, because the room was so relaxing and Nicola was so gentle. The reception lady was lovely too, but sorry I have forgotten her name.
