Natalia clearly cared about my hair and what I wanted, asking for a second opinion when it was needed (but obviously what she had decided was completely correct) but it was highly appreciated as I have thin hair which had been coloured before so she wanted to keep it as healthy as possible while giving me what I wanted. Overall, I had a fantastic time and definitely intend to return to sit in Natalia's chair again.”
