“I am a granny and don't know fashion etc. I went to buy a tracksuit for my daughter for Christmas. I knew that I should NOT buy certain brands but very cautious about what would be ok. A young man working in your Kingsgate store in Dunfermline approached me and asked if he could help. He was SO nice! Gave me advice, didn't push to get a sale. Seemed to genuinely want to help. Showed me several things until I was happy with my choice. Then I asked about trainers. The young man said he was not that informed about my specific requirements and immediately got another member of staff to help me. Equally wonderful young woman listed to me and then advised she would not recommend any in shop as it did not stock what I specifically asked for. I was SO impressed! In these very difficult times when retail is under such pressure it was so very nice to encounter such kind staff, actually listening and not all out for a quick sale. Well done you both! Absolutely a credit to British retail and your company. ❤️”

“Had a lovely experience at Currys on Saturday, I had a broken laptop and was looking to get a new one, at the same time I was looking at getting the old one repaired, The staff member Scott was super helpful as he sent away my old laptop for a repair as well as help me find a new one that I am already in love with.. he was also patient when I was making my decision and explained the payment options such as buy now pay later that we opted to go with, he even sat down and explained the software I would need to start my university course, the shop manager Charlie even wished me a good day when leaving 10/10 would shop here again, great service”
