“Just returned from my daughter’s 21st which we had in the function room. lovely intimate space with nice decor and a well stocked bar. The buffet was fresh and plentiful and enjoyed by all. The staff in this place were incredible. From the moment we arrived to set up and decorate the room they could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother inc offering us a cuppa while we set up and letting two hungry teens order food from the restaurant menu. Thanks to Shauna, Karen (I think) and our fab barman for the night (sorry didn’t get your name). All our guests commented on how nice it was and how they’d be back to try out the restaurant. Don’t hesitate to book here for functions - brilliant!!”

“Had another great Tuesday afternoon in The Smiddy, entertainment was great, Elvis tribute was excellent, what a shift this guy puts in and super friendly. We all had food after the show, soup was delicious as was our mains. Staff very helpful and pleasant. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. “We loved this hotel, stayed for one night as a wee childfree night away. We were warmly welcomed and our room was so light, clean and spacious, with a mini bar and coffee machine (we had upgraded to a superior, v worth it). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. We visited the spa twice, both times not too busy, really clean and we had a lovely time. We ate out at night but breakfast in the morning was buffet with other menu choices, some with a charge. The buffet had plenty of choice and was all good. We'd highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.”

“We ordered a pepperoni pizza and chips for the kids and a spicy chicken calzone and quarter peri peri Chicken and rice for ourselves. All the food was delicious. Kids said it was the best pizza they'd had in ages. Highly recommend this place. Staff and service was great too. Thanks”

“This was a first time visit and I absolutely adored it. We made an upfront reservation for 5 people and all 5 of us had a 3 course meal (starter, maind and desserrt). As you can see from the pictures everyone had a different meal. We all definitely enjoyed it. The Service was absolutely amazing and very helpful, if there were any questions from the fest. They were very organised as well and everyone was served their meal without waiting to much. I absolutely and highly cyan recommend that place :) and I hope that standard that they have, they'll keep it up that way. I can't wait to come back here, when I'm over for the next holiday again.”
