“What a refreshing attitude of the staff at I.J Allan Pharmacy. Pleasant telephone manner and 1st class service when I went to collect my sons medication. I have used Boots since my son was diagnosed with epilepsy for just over a year, with constant issues with the supply of medication and shocking telephone manner from some of the Boots staff. I was being pleasant too, so there was no need for the attitude. I was recommended I.J Allan Pharmacy and it was like night and day. Keep up the great customer service and welcoming attitude, it makes for a fantastic service. So much so, that I have now switched my sons prescription to go there. Thank you for providing a service that lots of companies no longer offer. Your staff are a credit to you. I will continue to come to your pharmacy for the professional service you provide and I can relax knowing my sons medication will now be readily available. Thank you!”

“I was looking for my eyelashes to be done everywhere around Glasgow for months. I came across some bad beauty salons. In the end, I decided to try Simplicity, since it's located close to where I live. I'd like to say everything they do there especially Pauline is amazing. My eyelashes look perfect always and prices are reasonable. Very friendly and responsible staff. Always smiled and ready to help. Pauline personally has never left me go without absolutely loving my look. I think they're the best in Glasgow and if you aren't satisfied with your current beautician/s, I highly recommend Simplicity. I was very skeptical as to doing my eyebrows too, as I've seen many fake looking bad eyebrow cases done by other beauty salons. Last time Pauline did my eyebrows for 10 minutes only and they looked absolutely gorgeous and natural. I highly recommend, they're highly professional and know what they're doing!”

The girls in Well’s are always cheerful and let’s be honest if your in a chemist your not feeling great so getting a really warm welcome from the team makes a difference. Always really helpful and happy to listen and give advice it’s a 5 Star shop. Unfortunately I am at the chemist on a regular basis but the upside is that it’s great to see the team and cheer yourself up listening to their banter. Wells are lucky to have them in my opinion, a very competent and professional chemist with the best team in the area.”

She even walked us over to another brand for their colour corrector when my mum mentioned something in passing about this which I thought was just so considerate. After taking some foundation samples home to try we will definitely be back in to hopefully purchase a full size bottle and hope to see her again x”

My GP couldn’t fit me in today but was keen for me to be seen due to my symptoms and asked me to attend a pharmacy. The pharmacist was very thorough, assessed my symptoms and prescribed the required antibiotics, etc. He was very personable and reassuring and a customer facing role is definitely the right thing for him.
