I recently had to have 2 appointments for root canal treatment and was so frightened but David talked me through every stage of the treatment and put me at ease and I must say I never felt a thing. From braces to composite bonding, whitening, fillings or the hygienist, Ryan and the whole team are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Appointments are almost always on time with plenty of availability and it is never an issue changing dates/times. Ryan is always clear in his communication and takes time to talk through treatment plans, etc. He is very professional and the quality and attention to detail he puts in is outstanding, truly making sure you are happy with the final results. “I wish I had moved here years ago. Lorraine, the office manager was the first person I met when I walked through the door. She was so welcoming and inviting. I just had this lovely comfortable feeling about the place. And I am so glad I registered with them. Andy, my dentist is just lovely. Asked me everything I wanted done and talked me through everything. He has this calming effect about him and is very professional. His dental assistant was so lovely too, making me feel really at ease. I have to say, every staff member I have spoken to have been so lovely, helpful and accommodating. On my last visit, as I was leaving Andy’s room I heard a voice saying Hi Audrie, how are you getting on. It was Lorraine the office manager, as I passed her office, she was checking in with me to see I was satisfied with everything. “A massive thank you to all at Neilson Denture Centre. My mum spent some time in hospital and lost her dentures. She has a serious illness as well therefore rather than wait for an NHS appointment she wanted to try to get dentures sooner rather than later. I’m delighted to say after a Google search we came across this place and they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish the process was smooth and they were extremely patient and flexible when working to get my mum new dentures made up. Even at the end of the process when my mum had her new dentures to take away with her we were encouraged to get back in touch with them anytime to arrange any tweaks to the dentures to ensure they are the best fit possible for my mum. “Was hear today to get a wisdom tooth out not been to the dentist for years! Have a terrible phobia of them and don't know why with having fibro my pain threshold isn't as good as it used to be. Was a lady dentist I got today never caught her name. Was simply amazing kept chatting to me and made me feel very comfortable (thanks for that was needed) Will be back for regular check ups now. Highly recommended this place if like me you have a fear of dentists. Have no problems with my extraction very minimal pain hours later..”
