“I had a previous unfavorable blood analysis, prompting me to contact my GP, Dr. Kennedy, for a consultation. Typically, the reception promptly answered my calls, usually on the first attempt or sometimes on the second, so I have no complaints in that regard. They forwarded my inquiry to the GP, and Dr called me the same week, advising me to schedule a new blood test. Following the blood test, I requested a copy of the results from the reception, which they provided. However, due to privacy concerns, I preferred to receive the results in person. With the test results, I obtained my prescription and scheduled the next blood test in a couple of months for a follow-up. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant with this practice.”

“Went in 2 hours early for appointment..because of all the road disruptions in Glasgow and never been to Paisley,didn't see any cafes or vending machines ,to pass time till appointment so sat in waiting room didn't realise about the ticket thing one we realized an hour and 15 mins later went up gave them my ticket within 2 minutes my name was called and I was out and in a taxi back to Glasgow before my appointment. Very well organised department,swift ,plesent and very helpful staff and nurses and doctors and everyone involved in that department are an amazing team! We ell done ,there was a smile one everyone's face leaving ,because of the friendly atmosphere the staff created”

We attended the fracture clinic and the receptionist Ellen was so lovely avd very helpful. My sister required an X-ray and then a new plaster cast on her arm. Kelly and Linda in the fracture clinic were both fantastic with my sister and put her at ease. They had such lovely warm personalities and sister was smiling from start to finish, she has later stages of dementia and laughed so much in the clinic with Kelly and Linda! What wonderful staff work in the fracture clinic!!! Thanks so much xxx”

“Last month I was contacted by Matthew regarding an engine for my Merc C220, he gave me a very competitive price which was within my budget and once I paid for it 7 days later the engine was delivered to my garage, no problems or stresses. The mechanic has fitted the engine now and I am back on the road. Heard a lot of horror stories regarding the motor trade in general but this was one of the easiest things I have done. I would and will recommend this company to anyone who needs an engine or parts for a vehicle. Great service provided all round.”

“Removed my previous review so I can make a new one with up to date information. Previously was 5 stars anyways as they're always brilliant with my sons and husband, however a huge thank you to Dr.Duffin for being so on the ball with getting me seen and getting me into the hospital. I spent weeks and weeks in pain and Dr.Duffin made sure to keep checking in, organising follow up appointments etc. I was meant to take part in a survey for him but sadly timed out before I had a chance to do it and felt bad so thought I'd leave it here that if more doctors were as fast thinking and thorough like Dr.Duffin there'd never be a complaint about the health services. The rest of the GPS are brilliant here too and the nurse who does bloods magic! Gets mine done before I have time to react. Receptionists are brilliant too with answering calls quicker, updating patients etc. Charleston surgery is the best!”

“I moved to Paisley a year ago & this surgery was the closest to my house. When I read the reviews I was very sceptical & dreaded having to deal with them. Knowing that all aspects of the NHS is in crisis since Covid, I actually found myself to be pleasantly surprised & I have to say, that in my experience, the receptionists have been nothing but pleasant & helpful for which I am extremely grateful. The help & support I have received is very much appreciated. I have also been lucky enough to get an appointment when required but will agree that the phone lines are extremely busy. Having said that, I work in Glasgow & our work lines never stop so can totally understand. I can’t comment on all of the Doctors as I have only seen Dr Mahmood & yes, he has a quiet demeanour but he is a fantastic GP & diagnosed a potentially life threatening illness & for that I will always be grateful. I would definitely recommend this surgery.”
