“This venue has lots to do for all ages. It’s clean and has staff doing regular cleaning. The toilets are immaculate and the baby play area is one of the cleanest and well maintained I’ve been in. Coffee is lovely. Had a fire evacuation at our visit today and I must say , as rubbish as it was having the kids day cut short, we were very impressed at how calm and quickly the staff got everyone out safely. Considering a lot of staff are younger, they jumped into action very well! We all got a voucher for a free time to return which was good as a lot of places wouldn’t have bothered. Definitely recommend!”

“My evaluation of the hospital and the ENT department: I have been visiting this hospital since 2019, specifically the ENT department, and my experience with them has been wonderful and comfortable from the beginning. In 2022, I underwent a nasal polyp removal procedure, and honestly, the results were much better than I expected. I felt significantly better breathing and a significant reduction in the symptoms I had previously experienced. What I liked most was the continuous and meticulous follow-up by the doctor, who makes sure to see me every six months, or even more frequently if needed. During each visit, he performs a comprehensive examination and prescribes the appropriate medication based on my condition at the time. I sometimes suffer from seasonal allergy attacks, but thanks to the care and attention I receive from the doctor, I have learned how to deal with them better. The doctor is highly experienced and humane, which gives me great comfort and confidence. Overall, my experience with the hospital, and especially with this department, has been excellent, and I am grateful for the medical care I receive. I highly recommend this section to anyone looking for professional treatment and close monitoring of their health condition.”

This nursery is very recommended, we have recently recieved a very good with the HMI inspector report and our care inspectors report. This nursery is full of colours and love.”

The staff were attentive, helpful and even in the short time I was there (2 nights, 3 days) the dedication of all the nurses was apparent. Aynur and Suzanne (both Staff Nurses) were part of the day-time team along with others who delivered tea, breakfast, dinner etc. and the Night Staff (Peace and Enoch) were also good. An experience I wasn't looking forward to was made so much better due to their care. The whole ward seemed to have a nice camaraderie going on. Thanks to all. Pat”
