“I can honestly say I've never had better service than what I get from Karen. She's welcoming, warm and professional. I've had two tattoos removed with her and the customer care has always been faultless. The location is great with on site free parking. The treatment is, as you would imagine, pretty painful. I use numbing cream and wrap area in cling film before treatment and put an ice pack over the tattoo which really helps. she an incredible machine and only needed 6 sessions to remove tattoo on arm.
