“The service from BPSIC was great. I was given an appointment very quickly once I contacted them, which was great as I was in a significant amount of pain. The physiotherapist, Inab, was great. I felt very comfortable with her and she gave me confidence that I would recover and be pain free. She gave me clear instruction on the exercises that I would have to complete at home, this was followed up with email detailing the exercises with videos and written instruction - so no excuse for not doing my homework! Four appointments later, I was finished with regular treatments and left with a rehab exercise plan and advice on future activities. I would not hesitate to recommend Bishopbriggs Physiotherapy & SIC to anyone who needs their services. Handy location and fully accessible too. Thanks.”
“I’ve been seeing James once a month after he helped me with a trapped nerve in my shoulder, and lower back. I’ve continued these sessions because I’ve noticed how much it helps with my shoulders overall. I’m a hairdresser, so shoulder and neck strain is a constant part of my job — and these sessions have made a huge difference in my comfort, movement and strength. Highly recommend him — especially if your job is physical or repetitive like mine.”

“I have had the most incredible experience with the Nuffield Health Joint Pain Programme, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with such warmth and professionalism. What really stands out is the personalized attention and genuine care the staff show. The reception staff, Zara and Leona, greet you with smiles and by name and make me feel right at home. They are both so friendly and approachable, and they take great care of you while you are in the centre. Callum Hunter, my Wellbeing Personal Trainer, was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge and expertise in managing joint pain were evident from the start. He took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored a programme that worked for me. His encouragement and support made a huge difference in my progress. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire process. There are a variety of classes offered at Nuffield Health which are run by professional, highly knowledgeable trainers who not only bring energy and motivation to every session but also take the time to ensure that each participant is working safely and effectively. Each class is thoughtfully structured to challenge you while still being accessible to different fitness levels. The trainers are clearly passionate about what they do—they offer great technique tips, modifications when needed, and constant encouragement throughout. I also want to give a special mention to the gym staff, including Leo, Craig, and Katie. They are always willing to offer helpful tips, demonstrate exercises, and provide guidance whenever needed. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and safe during your time in the gym. The level of engagement with the staff makes a huge difference and keeps me motivated to keep coming back.”

She has massively improved my mobility and pain and continues to provide advice and a treatment plan to suit my needs. Cannot thank Beth enough for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!!”
“I have been here several times due to injury and the place is amazing. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and tidy. Today I was seen by Shaun and I booked in with the discounted rate to take advantage whilst having an injury. Shauns attention to detail was spot on from the minute we started chatting about my injury, assessing my shoulder and giving recommendations. He gave my shoulder and pectoral muscle a sports massage and I now have much better range of motion. He helped me stretch out and gave me some tips and recommendations on what to do post massage. I would highly recommend to anyone needing some tension relieved in the muscles or problems with any injuries to book in. Great experience again at The Recovery Lounge. Thanks again.”
