“I was standing in the trade part of the store. Diane gave me a wee shout saying she would be right with me as well as another member of staff only about a minute later. Very busy and they were trying so hard to deal with everyone. Diane even remembered my name before I got to the checkout. Its nice when nice people are about. Speaking of nice, Hey Screwfix, it would be nice if you maybe gave them another member of staff. :) Thank you. Back up today for more things. Another great person to deal with was Thomas. All the staff in fact in this store have been brilliant. Great team of people.”

We had pizza in Ukraine before the war and we thought it wasn’t as good as Dominoes’ pizza … so now we were letting her taste our favourite Hawaiian pizza. Kulwinder was so cheerful and friendly.
