He greeted us with a warm smile, guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the dishes. His suggestions were spot-on — especially when it came to flavour pairings and spice levels — and it was clear he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal to the fullest. Throughout the evening, Zoltam checked in at exactly the right moments: never intrusive, always considerate. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, whether it was topping up drinks, providing extra sauces, or ensuring dietary preferences were accommodated flawlessly. His timing and attention to detail were impeccable. The food itself was delicious and beautifully presented, but Zoltam’s outstanding service turned a great meal into a fantastic experience. Inside, the showroom and store are bright, well laid out and clean with plenty space to browse. I didn’t have an appointment but was fortunate enough to speak to Leighanne and spent over an hour with her going through various options and coming away with a full quote. I can’t fault the service I received at all and would have no hesitation in recommending this branch. I would certainly consider dealing with MKM again in the future.”

This is truly the way hospitality should be done, great front of house staff and the chefs were great too.
