“Arlene has been grooming my very anxious rescue westie for about 2 years now after we were referred to her by the animal behaviourist who was helping me with his behaviour. Fergus had been in a great deal of pain due to an undiagnosed spinal condition and could hardly be touched. Once we had his pain under control we slowly began the process of grooming him. Arlene is kind, patient and absolutely brilliant with him - she is a natural with dogs and Fergus just loves her. She took the time to get to know Fergus and never pushed him too far. Now, we have reached the stage where he is being fully groomed on a regular basis and as well as looking fantastic he is so much more comfortable as a result. This is all down to Arlene’s skill as a groomer and her kind and respectful attitude towards animals. She earned Fergus’s trust and he is now happy to go for his haircut. Arlene is a star and I cannot rate her highly enough.”

I had a full body massage that was so clearly tailored, much better than many others I have had where they simply go through the motions. “Great experience. Didn't have an appointment and the three of us were done within an hour and 15 mins. Very decent price and the staff were absolutely lovely. Loved the music choice and everyone was so friendly and the whole place just had a really good atmosphere. It's £28 for a full set of acrylics and designs from £3. For us it was £28 (for the baby pink with no design), £32 (for the red with white bows) and £33 (for the French tips with red hearts). Would definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back.”
