“I've had a fair few tattoos here, as have my husband and daughter and my other daughter has had piercings here. I can honestly say this shop is the BEST place to come for any of those services. From first contact with Victoria, who is accommodating, polite and also funny, to the actual artists themselves. My husband and I have been to Louis (wjo happens to be Victoria's husband) many times, every time you're guaranteed an amazing inkwork and good chat. My eldest has had work from Annmarie, also amazing work. I've seen Nicole, Shaun and Hannahs work and it's all top notch. My 16 year old has had piercings by Esther and there wasn't anything that Esther didn't tell her about aftercare, including a follow up appointment to make sure everything is healing well. On the subject of aftercare, as long as you LISTEN to your person, you'll have no problems. But if you do fall unlucky, they are happy to take a look and advise you on solutions. One final thing I'd say about Set Sail, is I'm so glad I found this place. They are the nicest people I've met and quite often in the face of people having keyboard tantrums. Victoria needs a medal!”

Then my daughter and decided to get tattoos to also mark the occasion. Black Sails Tattoo was very clean and organized, the artists were professional. The cost was reasonable as well. “Been going to Paul at Timeless for about 2 years now. His art work is amazing and the line work is really precise - different thickness of clean sharp lines gave my newest tattoo a lot of detail. I've also had a traditional sailor jerry style done by Paul too, which is perfect! I've recommended Paul and Timeless to a couple of my best friends who were both really pleased with their tattoos. The shop has a really cool and welcoming vibe too whether your covered in tattoos are going for your first. I would DEFINITELY never go anywhere else in Glasgow now.”

“Found out about this hidden gem a couple of weeks ago when I was researching places that had Friday 13th deals on. Have to say, every member of staff I interacted with was brilliant, so welcoming and friendly despite the very long shifts they were putting in for their promo day. Had a bit of a wait as it was first come first serve, bit completely understandable when you could get a bit of ink for £13!!! John was my tattoo artist and he was amazing, was so impressed with his work and his chat (great group atmosphere, you can tell they all get on well) Will definitely be booking my next tattoo with them. Depending what you want you need to make sure you go to the right place, however the guys there are all super talented and have experience with so many different styles that you will be in good hands.
