“This was my first time at Eastern Promise. I went for a sound bath which was absolutely wonderful. Debbie welcomed me with a warm hug to the calm and peaceful room, which was laid out with yoga mats, blankets, the crystal singing bowls, light projections and so on. The sound bath was immersive and transformative. During the experience, Debbie performed reiki on each attendee which I hadn’t expected but it was very welcome. I’ve never experienced reiki before but I felt gorgeous earth and saw light through my closed eyelids - what a wonderful feeling! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Eastern Promise for holistic therapies and meditative experiences. Go in with an open mind and open heart and give your life a boost!”

“I like a wee kebab now n then, mostly pizza n chips, canny whack it with a big stick! “Perfect place to stay for flying out the next day. Smoking areas outside, as they all are these days, but more than just one. Plus there is a sheltered area just a short 50yard walk towards the airport where you can smoke without getting rained on! They allow you to get deliveroo etc and will call the room when its there. Never had dinner there so can't comment, but menu looks pretty decent. You can hear the planes taking off, but then you're next to an airport... the noise is minimal with the triple glazing. Blackout curtains. My wife and I had a great night's sleep.”

I usually order the butter chicken with their standard rice and a chicken korma half/half and it really hits the spot. Usually comes out to around £15 not including delivery, but I get about 2/3 meals out of it. I wish the rice had a bit more flavour but with the price and quantity it's not really an issue.”
