Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership. “I have a chronic condition, so I am ordering medication constantly and am in multiple times a month. I have been with this pharmacy for about 6 years. I went through a phase where there were lots of issues with my prescriptions, and I automatically just thought it was the pharmacies fault. I know now that it seems more likely to have been my GP practice. But even with that the staff at the pharmacy were nothing but polite and tried to help me when they thought I was mad with them. Things have changed a lot since then and I love the care I receive from them. My medication has been changing a lot recently and they have been nothing but accommodating with helping me and understanding that the order dates might not add up. Lovely staff in there and very helpful. Long story short, if there are issues don’t automatically assume it’s the pharmacy at fault when they are actually trying very hard!”

“Last week I received brow lamination & LVL from the beauty studio within Superdrug Paisley. The lovely therapist Razia was very attentive and kind. She was patient with me as I really struggle with things being near my eyes and have sensitive skin in general. She was very informative about after care and what to do during the procedure especially making a conscious effort to ask if I was ok and reassuring me which I really appreciated. My mum also received a brow and lash tint which she was really pleased with. A week later everything still looks great and I feel for the price I couldn’t have received any better treatment outwith. Would recommend and will definitely go back again.”
