Paul is an excellent welder, mechanic, and is a funny character who you can have a chat with about his business. Paul has time for his customers, which is rare these days. The usual service is straight in and out. Paul does also cater to these kind of people to. My car had a new timing belt today, and it runs as smooth as butter, I am very pleased with Paul's work on my vehicle today. Paul offers a warranty for replacement vehicle parts. The given timescale for the warranty depends on the particular part Paul has fitted. Paul gives accurate recommendations for advisories on maintenance and welding needed on your vehicle. Paul will even show the old car parts to you if requested, which is peace of mind for the customer. I am pleased Paul saved me a lot of money today regarding my instrument panel. The issue was I needed new registration bulbs, not a new instrument panel. Paul will do extra work on your vehicle depending on what it is without additional charge, Which is rare these day. Paul removed scratches and dents from my car without charge. I have never met another mechanic who will complete work without charge. Paul is unique. I have used Ford specialists previously, and they gave me inaccurate information regarding my instrument panel on my vehicle, which is unacceptable behaviour. Paul knows better than the Ford specialist I went to, and did a better job with replacing the registration bulbs, because they're are now fixed in position. Previously they was loose. Paul does the job correctly and will tell you any adjustments, or workarounds that he had to make to keep your vehicle healthy. If you have a supercar, Paul has the diagnostic software to fix maintenance issues. Paul can help you get you a new vehicle key, or a universal key. Paul also provides other services such as new refrigerant for air conditioning, recovery vehicle service, rust undercoating, and sand blasting. The recovery service is much cheaper than competitors I have have been quoted from. The vehicle maintenance, dealership level diagnostic fee, and the welding is much cheaper than other workshops that I have been quoted by. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to DM Motors!”

I know that you got some grief by some customers about Yodel service, which is nothing to do with the store but a service you are providing to your local community, for which WE are grateful. In particular, I was shocked by the comment about the 'obnoxious and unhelpful elderly lady behind the counter', seriously, who uses such words in this day and age. It is cool to be older, wiser and confident in expressing your feelings. If there is no room behind the counter, then well done for saying so. Bit of advice for the negative ones, please call to check before dropping a parcel off, and use your common sense in dropping reasonably sized parcels or ordering small parcels. Your local Roger store is not the Tardis, there is limited shelf space for parcels, collection and delivery. Team Rogers, please don’t be disheartened by rude customers and stop your Yodel service, because the rest of us will suffer. The nearest Yodel service provider is miles away :( There are a lot of us who really appreciate you. x”
