The food was perfectly portioned and incredibly delicious. The service/Staff were super professional, I made a couple of special requests and without any questions, they make things happen. Cave Castle Health Club is a day spa known for a welcoming team and clean, comfortable surroundings. The atmosphere is calm and the finish polished.

“Brilliant pool, go as many times as I can to Aqua fit and I love it, the staff are great, Mike is an amazing instructor with his sidekick lifeguard Mason, the whole lesson is great fun and you don't feel like you're exercising, would highly recommend.”

“Received the Total Escape Spa Day from my son and daughter in law for my 70th birthday. Was very nervous as never had a massage before. Alex was brilliant and made me feel very relaxed immediately. Wow what can I say..... The warm stone massage was amazing. The lovely smells from the different creams and oils for the facial were fabulous. Lovely pedicure and manicure. Walking on air. The indulgent afternoon tea to finish it off was delicious. It's like walking into heaven on earth, the lighting, the luxurious surroundings...... I can't fault it. Alex you were brilliant.
