“Right from my initial enquiry, The Chaise Longue company were nothing short of superb. I received a very professional information pack, including the fabric samples I had requested, within a couple of days of my first contact. I then had a follow up call from the friendly but non-pushy Adam, to see if I needed any more information, which was helpful, as I was actually torn between a couple of options at the time. Having paid my deposit and placed my order, Adam kept me informed and I was delighted to get a call telling me that my Chaise would be with me a few days before Christmas, just as originally promised. The guys delivered it on Saturday - it's a long way from Yorkshire to me down on the South Coast, the traffic was awful, the weather was horrible, and they were still smiling! I love my new Chaise - it's exactly as I imagined it, and the quality is excellent. It looks perfect and is really comfy too. If you're thinking of buying a Chaise Longue, I would definitely recommend this company - great product and great service!”

“We were looking for a matress topper for our sofa bed, then discovered Sofabed Gallery offered replacement mattresses, with various options and not really knowing which we should choose, I called the company and spoke to Chris who was really helpful, settled on the ultimate pocket sprung mattress, which is very comfy. Great delivery service. Tried the mattress on the sofa bed, but it didn't seem to fit right. “Not been here for a while but what a brilliant place to buy lots & lots of different home furnishings your greeted as you walk through the door & asked if your getting a click & collect order the assistant was very helpful in showing me where the items was that i had come to buy. The store was very clean & even the assistant on the checkout was very helpful as i payed for my items i asked where the restrooms was & said i could leave all my items with her till i'd used them. I must say the disabled toilet & baby changing room where excellent they where so clean & smelt so fresh gotta take my hat off to all the staff. They even have a little cafe so it wont be so long next time when i visit again.”

I returned a bathroom unit but couldn't find the receipt, they searched through their computer whilst I looked around the store, returned after 10 minutes and they found it on their system. No quibble, refund issued immediately. Dunelm is one of my favourite stores with a great cafe tucked away in the corner and toilets nearby.”
