When arriving home, I realised I had left my change, I immediately went back, and the staff recognised me, and confirmed my purchase, and handed it over. I know that you got some grief by some customers about Yodel service, which is nothing to do with the store but a service you are providing to your local community, for which WE are grateful. In particular, I was shocked by the comment about the 'obnoxious and unhelpful elderly lady behind the counter', seriously, who uses such words in this day and age. It is cool to be older, wiser and confident in expressing your feelings. If there is no room behind the counter, then well done for saying so. Bit of advice for the negative ones, please call to check before dropping a parcel off, and use your common sense in dropping reasonably sized parcels or ordering small parcels. Your local Roger store is not the Tardis, there is limited shelf space for parcels, collection and delivery. Team Rogers, please don’t be disheartened by rude customers and stop your Yodel service, because the rest of us will suffer. The nearest Yodel service provider is miles away :( There are a lot of us who really appreciate you. x”

“It's a well stocked shop with various items from household goods, clothing, opticians to car and obviously food. Personally I'd like a bigger section for garden/house plants instead of things being seasonal - these areas are not seasonal if you are an avid gardener. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place has plenty of parking for all. There is also an onsite garage (card payment - no kiosk).”
