“We stopped here for lunch and we thought the food, the price and the service was spot on. Delicious hot sandwiches with a tasty side. All of the light bites are meant to be half size, but the portions are very generous and suited my 12 year old perfectly. Staff were friendly and genuine. “Amazing food, drink and atmosphere. It was great to sit at the bar and watch what the head chef could produce from such a small space! Everything that came out looked amazing and our charcuterie and cheese board (there were hot meals on the menu, but we didn’t have time) was unbelievable and everything was of the highest quality. “The GameBird Beverley and The Pie guys-we have just had fish and chip takeaway and I have to say it was bloody lovely. The fish was well cooked and not greasy and there were no lumps of batter without fish in it. The chips were huge and really well cooked through and the added touches with the lemon and mushy peas and tartar sauce were brilliant. It was delivered really quickly and very hot. Will definitely be getting a takeaway again -thank you so much Greg and Jim”
