“Quaint tearoom tucked away near the car park for Zebedee's Yard, in the city centre. They have an entire tea menu, where you can browse a selection of black, green, white and herbal teas from around the world, such as the wide varieties of Chinese teas, Indian teas such as Darjeeling and Assam tea, even African teas, such as kosabei tea from Kenya, all ethnically sourced, by the way. They also have coffee and food, and the staff, the staff are super friendly, will help you with your needs. Thank you, Rhys”

“Loved our visit here. It has a really welcoming atmosphere, the ladies who looked after us couldn't have been nicer, the price of the pottery and all the painting supplies is very good, £2.50 for the paint and kiln, just the pottery item to add on top. It's also a lovely cafe with sofas to enjoy coffee and cake for non pottery painters. (The cakes were superb). Will definitely be back again.”

“Went for my Mother in laws birthday. Came all the way from Manchester to be with her. What a lovely place. The food was amazing. I had tomato and basil soup which is the nicest I’ve ever tasted. It came with an home made bread roll which was so soft and tasty. I had a cheese scone along with this that was also so light. The selection of cakes is amazing too, They brought cake out for Rita and sang happy birthday. Such lovely people. Would definitely recommend”

“5 stars all round for this cracking independent on Princes Avenue in Hull. We had a very tasty oat milk cappuccino and latte before our vegan Sunday lunch arrived, with an incredibly tasty pastry topped pie, mash, roast potatoes, perfectly-cooked veg and even a melt-in-the-mouth vegan yorkshire pudding. Everyone in there had booked as they're very popular and we'll be booking for an even bigger group of us next time, and maybe sample the puddings too (including a vegan sticky ginger cake). Staff were all friendly and just the right amount of attentive, even offering (rather than us having to ask) extra gravy.”

“The minute I walked in Moon Coffee House when it first opened a year ago, I loved the decor and the warm and inviting atmosphere. I have visited many times since - the food is amazing and beautifully presented, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the service is spot on. It's somewhere I feel very comfortable and relaxed enough to sit on my own. I regularly attend the Red Tent meditation evenings, which includes a lovingly prepared vegan meal and I have made some wonderful friends along the way. Thank you for bringing this beautiful vegan coffee house to Scunthorpe.”

“Love this place! My husband and I very often coming here for breakfast, brunch or even lunch. Any time of the day in any weather condition the "Tasty Butties" guys are always there and always serving very tasty food! If you ask "What about the size of the position?", I can tell you that the portions are big!”

“Very friendly tea rooms with helpful staff. If it's not on the menu, I'm sure they can rustle it up (as long as it's a reasonable request). A tea room cum beach shop selling home/locally cooked dog biscuits to kids fishing nets and jars of jam. A good outdoor garden in the summer, and indoor seating in the conservatory for when the weather turns against you. A very short walk from the beach area. Dog and people friendly. It's definitely if worth a visit if you are near the area. Situated in a quiet spot near Hornsea (Mappleton) with a picturesque church opposite. Popular area with dog walkers. This was a 20-mile drive out for us, but worth it. There appears to be limited space for wheelchair users, but I'm sure that something can be arranged, as there is an alleyway behind the building that goes to the garden and conservatory.”

“This is everything a family-run cafe should be, and the perfect place both for visitors to Bridlington and locals. A friendly warm greeting and spotlessly clean premises always send out the right message. The quality of the produce they use is clearly from a butcher or farm shop: thick tasty bacon, meaty sausages, delicious black pudding. Their prices are extremely reasonable - they could charge a third more and it would still be great value. Certainly a cafe I would heartily recommend.”

“The most beautiful little wine bar I have ever seen. Filled with beautiful apothecary furniture, stone vases and olive trees to sit in here on a sunny day you could be anywhere in the world. It’s going to be my new favourite spot. Staff was very friendly and well educated about the wine they where serving.”

“Nibble is so lovely. I went with my daughter and my baby boy who is still in a pram and I asked if they had room for a pram. They said about 15 minutes and we didn’t even end up waiting that long. I was then helped with getting my pram next to a table and felt really well looked after. Myself and my daughter both ordered sandwiches and they were delicious!! Good value and amazing customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good food.”
