“Ordered online - very sceptical about ordering from places I haven’t tried and tested, but, my god. My parcel came promptly, in a neat brown taped box. The clothes were even better than I thought they’d be, my receipt came inside a plain black envelope (like I’d gotten a personal thanks from MI6 for saving the nation) with a small collection of sweets too! “Highly recommend this wonderful team. I was attending my brother inlaws wedding on the 15th Feb 2025 and being part of the grooms men we hired tuxedos from hancocks the full process was second to none from the first fitting to collecting and on the day of the wedding my self and my wife realised that a suit for my 8 year old son had not arrived as we ordered ON THE INTERNET VIA INTERNET COMPANY and not in any associated with hancocks upon realising we have not got the suit I contacted Hancocks while only being a few hours before the wedding i told the gentleman the situation over the phone as we was in louth preparing for the wedding and the gentleman said would we be able to make it to the shop as soon as possible as they would be able to help on arrival to the shop of Hancocks the team there while busy with other customers went above and beyond to have a suit fitted and supplied within no time at all for my 8 year old son. The team there really know how to treat customers and they go above and beyond under any pressure put before them. Myself and my wife really appreciated everything they did that day.”

Answered all questions with ease and we chatted about the various technology you find in running shoes and what was applicable to me. Ran for the first time in about 4 years today and no problems with my knee and felt comfortable, unfit but Humber runner cant help with that. Looking forward to bringing running back into my exercise. Thank you and I will certainly use you again and recommended highly.”

“Popped in today just to see if there was anything new. My other half bought a shirt and t shirt and as I was leaving I spotted a nice winter jacket in the window. Heading back into the shop they didn't seem to have my size. I always feel uncomfortable asking for assistance but I plucked up the courage to ask if they had it in a medium in the stock room. Without fuss, she checked the stock and said they were supposed to have one somewhere? Together we worked out it was probably the one in the window. Sure enough it was! Without hesitation the lovely assistant stripped the dummy and handed it over! One very happy and grateful customer here...thank you”
