“We have recently had a new log burner installed in our snug, replacing an old, useless gas fire. We worked with Becky in the York showroom and the install team were Tom and Matty. They were all professional and knowledgeable and we were pleased to have Tom and Matty in the house! It was a tricky job but it was carried out to a high standard and we are delighted with the result. The room has been transformed. Would happily recommend.”

We visited as two adults and two kids and the staff were fantastic with the kids, making them laugh and including them in the ordering process.
