βFantastic surgery. Been registered most of my life. Reception staff are always so helpful and will always get you an appointment quickly in an emergency. Online services great and the new building is light, airy and very clean with lifts for anyone who may struggle with the stairs. Dr. OβDuchon is my regular doctor and he is amazing, really thoughtful and thorough.β

βBrilliant service! I was sent here as a young adult struggling with my hearing. The checkin and reception is so clean and has a nice feel to it. The man that did my assessment spoke clearly and was friendly. I had to wait about 6 weeks for an appointment and then another 2 for hearing aids.β
βI thought I might have washed away a small piece of metal in my eye but wasn't sure. They directed me to opticians they have a list of those who can help with this. I had an appointment within an hour. Optician confirmed embedded piece in my eye (spec savers) they rang emergency ENT and got me an immediate appointment. The piece was removed within an hour, no waiting in a&e. Great process and kept me out of A&E.β
