I can ring Middleton park any time of day and speak to someone. Even on a weekend I always use the e-consult online and I always get a phone call back to arrange being seen. They have been fantastic especially through my pregnancy!”

“Yet another fab, impressive experience. I rang for an appointment and was answered within a couple of minutes and got an appointment that afternoon. On arriving the receptionist, to whom I had spoken on the phone to make the appointment, remembered me and broke off from dealing patiently and politely with a long winded and difficult patient to help me. I sat in the clean comfortable waiting room and was seen on time and helped and sorted out by the doctor who inspired my confidence. Very grateful. Thank you.”

“florence at reception was very rude to a few people. totally understand the fact that there may not be appointments available or people turned up late but she didn’t need to be so rude to those who clearly have ill health. however, i’ll give 5 stars as the doctor who helped me was lovely very reassuring. pauline was supporting me and she was also very lovely. i was terrified going into the appointment but both reassured me.”

“Called with a late request to be seen for serious knee injury after mountain bike crash. The receptionist was very helpful and said come straight down. Unable to drive, due to the injury, I got a taxi, which arrived much later than they promised, but still the receptionist said I'd still be seen. I made a point of thanking all the receptionists as I passed on the way to see the Doctor, who was very helpful too. Been with this practice for about 20 years now.”

“Amber at reception has been extremely patient and helpful on multiple occasions when supporting my daughter — he always goes the extra mile and it really makes a difference. Dr Hankin has also been amazing, not only providing excellent care but also escalating my daughter’s case when 111 had given poor advice. I really appreciate the time and attention shown. The only area that could be improved is the phone system — the waiting time can be very long, and the call-back option is currently only offered to those at positions 9–10 in the queue. It would be so much better if this was available from around position 2–3, as it’s a great option for those who can’t sit listening to hold music for a long time.”

“I had a completely different experience to most first time visiting this surgery for wound care that my local gp couldn’t provide any longer and honestly I saw senior nurse Marie and she was brilliant explained far more than my own surgery I felt like she wanted to help. It’s all too easy to have negative things to say but honestly I have None I had a lovely experience and will be happy to go back to them for wound care. She was very thorough and although I only had a 20min appointment I didn’t feel rushed and she explained that I could get a 40minute one to go into things in more detail really can’t fault this surgery at all up to now 10/10”
