βHi, i would like to talk about Celia Green Sheβs a very nice person she is kind to the students she helps every students sheβs very respectful.β
βI studied the GDL here last year and I am currently completing the LPC. The quality of the teaching is overall very good at ULaw, and the tutors are all incredibly helpful and supportive. The building itself is impressive and stands out on Park Row. The campus isn't huge, but has a fairly sizeable library as well as an open space on the top floor which also has computers. The top floor is a great space if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere for studying and socialising. The location of the campus is ideal, being right in the centre of Leeds it is just a 5 minute walk from the train station, and close to many of the city's big law firms. Would certainly recommend to anyone also considering completing their GDL or LPC here.β
βI had my nicest two years of academic education here at York College. I will never forget some of the teachers and the friends I made. The college environment was so nice and welcoming, great study space, social and group work spaces and comfortable seating. I love both big size rooms such as the psychology classrooms and small/ packed spaces in math rooms, they both group up the studentsβ attention and made studying more interesting. Never forget the lockers too, if how much snacks I used to keep in it. Thank you York college! Thank you the designers or York college and thanks to all the teachers and friends!β
βDid met the entry requirements to study biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences here. Hopefully, next week I will revive an email with more information regarding my induction week and so on. Canβt wait to get into Mabgate campus.β
βevery bad review on here is doing the most. this college does an amazing job with special needs students and they are incredibly inclusive. There arenβt many courses as it is a 6 form centre and anyone questioning that is downright dumb. i came to this college after being homeschooled for 3 years as an awfully anxious person and it has well and truly helped me. The staff are all incredible and easy to speak to. The students are all friendly and it is overall a great environment. Do your research before you spread your unwanted reviews.β
βGreat food great price will definitely be using again!!β
βMy son is in Year 11 and I cannot speak too highly of this place from the facilities themselves to the caring staff ; this is a place that makes kids WANT to learn. . I feel very grateful that the UTC exists and will be giving him a strong head start in the post COVID jobs market. I He has been transformed from a blazer and tie wearing schoolboy scared of putting a foot wrong and hating half his subjects at his old school to a confident and self motivated young man. The travel seemed daunting at first but it doesn't bother him at all - he s home most days in the north of Leeds by 4 pm. If your child is on an academic STEM pathway but want practical experience at the same time you won't regret choosing the UTCβ
βI went for some important information and I was assisted and all the questions were answered. The service was really goodβ
βI am totally recommend this college to everyone. It is my first choice to come to this college since 2018 before I go on other course. Iβm on disability and I got better experience there. The teachers helped me pass the course, got GCSE grades for maths and English. The LSPs there helped me very good. I would be failed if there be wasnβt from them helping me. I made friends there, and it is really good. Thank you, Selby College for everything you did.β
βI completed a 4-week course there and loved it! The teachers are VERY GOOD and the classes are educational and interesting.β
βI attended level 1 and 2 of the employability skills course, and the group was amazing, I really enjoyed every bit of it, the tutor's were very welcoming and understanding of everyone's different levels of knowledge, I would love it if they introduced a level 3. I would definitely be attending. Thankyou for all your help and support. It was great to learn some new skills : )β
βMarsden heights as been brilliant since the day my child started in year 7 to his last day today. The staff go above and beyond to make him feel like part of the school community. The senco and send team are absolutely amazing and i can't thank them enough for the amazing work they do. Also the reception team are amazing always welcomed in to school and kept me informed. Not to forget the cleaning team and caretakers for keeping the school clean and safe.β
βBeen studying here for 4 years and this is my 5th year and I feel like that all the teachers I had were so helpful gave me great help with tasks and helped me improve my work with out their help I would not have came back. If anyone is planning on coming to this college you have picked the right place for a good educationβ
βBased on Hornbeam Park just out of the centre of Harrogate town, the campus is spread over two blocks, plenty of parking spaces with a permit of Β£1 for the year! Train station, and premier inn on the estate so very handy for travel as well as many other businesses. Fantastic facilities on campus including the library in which the staffs are fantastic, not to mention equipment and materials available to βcreativeβ students are just brilliant whether its art, printing, photography or fashion you are well catered for. Faculty of Arts is second to none I am studying Ba Hons Fashion Degree and currently halfway through my second year, must say it is a fantastic course. Modules and program of study are exciting and interesting with many opportunities and educational trips. All tutors are so supportive and students ALWAYS come first, if you need help, support or resources they will ALWAYS aim to help you achieve or know of someone who can help you! One to one time with tutors and course leaders with frequent tutorials, would not get this anywhere else. They are also ALWAYS contactable if you need advice or support in person or by email. Staff cannot be faulted for their knowledge and expertise in their field having also worked in industry. I travel two hours every day but well worth itβ¦ Best choice I ever made.β
