“I had my nicest two years of academic education here at York College. I will never forget some of the teachers and the friends I made. The college environment was so nice and welcoming, great study space, social and group work spaces and comfortable seating. I love both big size rooms such as the psychology classrooms and small/ packed spaces in math rooms, they both group up the students’ attention and made studying more interesting. Never forget the lockers too, if how much snacks I used to keep in it. Thank you York college! Thank you the designers or York college and thanks to all the teachers and friends!”

I feel very grateful that the UTC exists and will be giving him a strong head start in the post COVID jobs market. I He has been transformed from a blazer and tie wearing schoolboy scared of putting a foot wrong and hating half his subjects at his old school to a confident and self motivated young man. The travel seemed daunting at first but it doesn't bother him at all - he s home most days in the north of Leeds by 4 pm. If your child is on an academic STEM pathway but want practical experience at the same time you won't regret choosing the UTC”

“every bad review on here is doing the most. this college does an amazing job with special needs students and they are incredibly inclusive. There aren’t many courses as it is a 6 form centre and anyone questioning that is downright dumb. i came to this college after being homeschooled for 3 years as an awfully anxious person and it has well and truly helped me. The staff are all incredible and easy to speak to. The students are all friendly and it is overall a great environment. Do your research before you spread your unwanted reviews.”

“Marsden heights as been brilliant since the day my child started in year 7 to his last day today. The staff go above and beyond to make him feel like part of the school community.The senco and send team are absolutely amazing and i can't thank them enough for the amazing work they do. Also the reception team are amazing always welcomed in to school and kept me informed. Not to forget the cleaning team and caretakers for keeping the school clean and safe.”

“Active IQ Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy An amazingly inspiring course and tutor. Also a great group of fellow students that really helped. The 14 weeks zoomed by with enthusiasm throughout. Easy to follow techniques and plenty of practice provided the right balance that nurtured confidence with the right amount of guidance and empowerment. I've no regrets in pursuing a life goal. My only regret is that I didn't take part in this sooner. I personally would have liked more time in the classroom if the number of weeks were adjustable. However, overall a truly enjoyable course with an outstanding tutor.”
