Whilst I was waiting in reception I was quite shocked to hear that they were advising a women on the condition of her car and that is wasn't road worthy and she decided to drive it away. Once she left the chap looked at me and said "what more can I do"? I felt very reassured that the staff and this business genuinely care for their customers as the concern on the chaps face, said it all. Pleased to say I paid for the diagnosis and repair as they did it while I waited. Car is now running perfectly and I will go back when I need other things doing. This family ran garage is run by genuine people, who car for your safety and your car.β

βBooked tyre replacement online and got them changed the day after. Had the free alignment and air-conditioning check done. Alignment needed sorting but wasn't put under any pressure to have it done with them but decided to have done while I was there. Got a discount on the price as it took a little longer than expected due to people turning up without appointments. The staff were great, very transparent and helpful. Good experience better than I had expected as heard a few bad reports about kwik fit. No issues, would recommend.β

βJeanette and family were wonderful when it came to fixing my car at very short notice, and they stayed later than usual to ensure I had my car back same day on a Saturday. They carried out thorough testing and repaired what was necessary to get the car back out of limp mode and also managed to add a cleaning additive to my full tank of (very poor quality) fuel to save me having to drain it off and refill. They were friendly, welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable and gave me advice to go away with as well as offering a free follow up check to ensure everything is running smoothly. I've since recommended them to other drivers who have had similar issues to mine after filling up at the same fuel station and will continue to highly recommend them and use them in the futureβ
