“I had ordered a Colossus Players Edition , must say I usually go to the show room and have a look at the selection but playing with a friends Kippax previously I noticed the craft that’s gone in to it and risked buying it online. It arrived swiftly three days within ordering , I had asked for an extra grip which was also put in the package as well as an extra batting grip which was not really kind of the team at Kippax. Now to the bat , I am so so impressed and please if you are looking for a genuine bargain for the price and the quality being absolutely amazing , the ping is unreal throughout the bat and the performance second to none. “Came this morning for for a coffee and chocolate twist and was exceptional service checking allergens for me and being very friendly and kind. When I got to work I realised I must have been given someone else's coffee. Didn't call or anything as accidents happen. Anyway by chance I ended up going back for a late lunch later in the day and mentioned my coffee in the morning and the lovely staff remembered me and gave me my tea for free. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I only left a bad review at a London costa couple of weeks ago for mega contrast in customer care. Maybe the London staff could come to this store for some training ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️”

“It is christmas eve and we ordered a delivery from the store on uber eats. The bag was incorrectly labelled as mine and we got the wrong stuff. After speaking to a wonderful person over the phone they went above and beyond and drove all the way too us with replacement items because Uber was messing around for a refund. All this on Christmas Eve. I'm sorry we didn't get his name but he went above and beyond and is an absolute credit to your company!”
