“Brought my car in for some significant mechanical repairs, extremely impressed with the overall experience. The team clearly know what they’re doing. They were able to diagnose, and fix my car, in a matter of days, and can’t argue with the price all. Walked me through each piece that was broken on pick up, and explained why it was contributing to the overall issues. Very reassuring to have this explained, and makes a lovely change from other garages where you wonder where the money has gone. Top blokes as well, can’t fault anything. Will 100% be bringing my car (and my partners car) here for future maintenance and repairs. Cant recommend enough, choose here if you’re trying to find a decent & professional service / experience!”

“I visited Spencer and Broadhead to seek help with a troublesome aircon system in my Mondeo. I'd had it in somewhere else for repair 3 visits and 3 charges. Each time he found a different problem. He failed to find the actual cause of the leak in the system. The team here found it without problem. Also my parking sensors refused to function properly, again different garages had had the system plugged in to their diagnostic testers and come up with different degrees of problems found but not been enthusiastic about actually doing the repair. One place wanted to fit 4 new sensors to fix the issue. No problem for Dave and his team, fault found (wiring fault, no new sensors)and sorted in quick time, all for a very reasonable charge. Don't hesitate to use these lads, you won't be disappointed.”

“The real experts. Went to a Mercedes dealership who charged me £200 for a diagnostic. They then quoted me a further £500 in labour for exploring the problem. Lost faith in Mercedes.. Took the car to Pete at Prestige. Looked at the faults, diagnosed a faulty crash collision sensor as the root cause of faults on dash. 2 days, diagnosed, fixed. These guys have the diagnostic experience that Mercedes unfortunately don’t seem to, even though Mercedes labour charges are twice the price. Genuine guys 10/10”

“Bridge Garage handled my "problem" car, which had been stood for 12 months, and had a seized bonnet release, flat battery and rusted brakes. They recovered the car, fixed the bonnet release, replaced the battery and front springs, MOT tested it, sorted a few other bits and bobs, and re-tested it. At all times, they were professional and friendly. Communication was good, and they worked to minimise the cost to me. I wish I'd discovered these guys years ago. I'll definitely use them again.”

I was hoping that I would be able to get it within 2 or 3 days at most. It turned out that I had to pick up the car on the same day after the repair. A huge plus for customer service. The guys know what they're doing. Fast and professional service with very acceptable prices. I have a new car mechanic from today. I will recommend it to all my friends.”
