I was hoping that I would be able to get it within 2 or 3 days at most. It turned out that I had to pick up the car on the same day after the repair. A huge plus for customer service. There were a few electrical issues such as air con faulty, charging socket not working and a dashboard warning light but each has been rectified without fuss under the warranty that came with the purchase price. I can honestly say I can't ever imagine wanting to buy a car or have repairs carried out anywhere else! Original review - I bought a 2012 Scenic in November 2023 and I have to say I'm really happy with Queens Service Station. As with all used cars there's the fear of buying a lemon, but Mick is a genuinely friendly and helpful chap. Being self employed my car is my job so it's great to have peace of mind should the worse happen as the car came with a 3 month warranty. Would highly recommend and have no doubt will use again, especially with kids getting to the age of passing their tests!”
