We were served by Nibras whose knowledge of the product and the various options she detailed were impressive. Her communication was very clear and took the stress out of buying a high value product, at no point did we fell unduly pressurised to buy the extras offered but the way they were explained to us, it made total sense to go with them. “Large showroom with plenty of options available to look at. Would absolutely recommend going to this store, especially if you can deal with Nicola who worked with us over 2 separate days before we finalised our purchase. Nicolas service was exceptional, talking us through all possible options and configurations and being understanding and not pushy at all as we had our 2.5 year old toddler with us who was a distraction at times when she was trying to talk us through options. She’s a credit to the store and company and hope they know and she is recognised as she made our sofa buying journey smooth and simple and enjoyable. And even made friends with our toddler which is a rarity as she does not like strangers at all ☺️☺️”
